The Multivore Way
When we cook the multivore way, we’re taking into account the varied people at our table: a teen vegan, an omnivore athlete, a gluten-free child, and at least one adult who is eating paleo. These recipes are all great as standalone dishes, and easy to make gluten-free or to accommodate the omnivore as well as the vegan. For a strong-headed carnivore, we include options for pairing or adding meat or fish.
